NMS brokers loss mitigation negotiations between lenders and delinquent borrowers, helping them reach such agreements as deferred payments, refinancing, short sales, assumptions and NMS considers each case individually, analyzing the financial needs of our clients and of the borrowers, and we strive to reduce the stress and hardship that are a part of the loss mitigation process. We work to preserve home ownership in as many cases as possible, while working to reduce losses to investors, preserve servicing income, collect fees, and expedite any legal proceedings.
